Terms & Conditions of e-Voucher

1) e-Voucher is another benefit that BETTER offers to its members. Every member who spends at least RM 333.00 on BETTER products in a quarter, will automatically get an e-Voucher worth RM 88.00 in the next quarter.

2) For example: Members who have purchased RM333 in Q1, they will automatically receive an e-Voucher worth RM88.00 at the beginning of Q2. The e-Voucher will be automatically deposited into the member's account.

3) e-Voucher is only valid for one quarter. For example: The e-Voucher deposited into your member account in Q2, must be used before the end of Q2.

4) e-Voucher cannot be accumulated or carried forward to the next quarter. Unused e-Vouchers will automatically void after the expiration date.

5) e-Voucher cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

6) e-Voucher can only be used for a single transaction.

7) e-Voucher can be used individually.

8) If the price of the redeemed product exceeds the value of the e-Voucher, the member only needs to pay the additional price difference.

9) If the price of the redeemed item is lower than the e-Voucher value, the remaining e-Voucher balance will be canceled automatically.

10) e-Voucher cannot be used to offset courier charges.
